Saturday 30th August 2019, 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Byford Baptist Church, Byford
Have you ever experienced the warmth and serenity of sitting around a campfire? Relaxation, good conversation with friends, and hot chocolate and marshmallows toasting over an open fire. What could be better?
She Codes Australia – Free Coding Workshop for Women
She Codes Australia organise open and friendly workshops for women that teach them how code. They are also fantastic networking events! She Codes Australia is run by women and for women Australia wide.
During the day’s learning the ladies can develop muscular soreness, brain fog and become fatigued. Therefore, I have developed an easy to follow routine that gets the ladies up and moving and releasing tension. It creates a sense of renewed energy and fun!
Allowing the ladies to continue on with their afternoon session feeling refreshed and raring to go!

Bendigo Bank – Community Fitness
The Bendigo Bank Byford & Districts Community Branch is committed to the local community and is a fundamental part of who we are in the area of Serpentine Jarrahdale.
Bendigo Bank are celebrating becoming the fifth biggest bank in Australia and one of the most trusted brands. Therefore, they have invited the community to celebrate with them with two mornings of free fitness fun!
During the free session, I have provided an easy to follow interval training routine, that is for participants of all abilities.
Targeting all the major muscle groups, the workout allows individuals to workout at their own level. With the music pumping, the participants leave feeling successful with a fantastic endorphin kick for the rest of the day!

“..The Byford & Districts Community Bank® would like to thank Sarah Ford for her commitment to our community. Sarah ran two fitness sessions at our free community events. Not only did she give up her time on a Sunday but the classes were great fun. Her Tabata sessions were hard work but working at your own pace made it a bit easier for some of the less fit participants. If anyone is thinking of joining a fitness class contact Sarah. Not only will you be helping yourself but you’ll be supporting a local business too…”
